| To give you the most personal experience possible (and since we have not yet completely joined the technological age), we still take all reservations personally by phone or email. |

| Please call us at (970) 731-2300 to make a reservation. Summer office hours are 8am-6pm, which is the best time to reach us. If we do not answer PLEASE leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. When calling during our off-season, we will do our best to return your call within 48 hours. We do require a credit card number or a 50% deposit to hold a reservation.
How we handle cancellations: |
• Cancel 30 days or more prior to your reservation, full refund.
• Cancel 30 days to 48 hours prior to your reservation, 50% refund.
• Cancel less than 48 hours prior to your reservation, no refund.
• If you leave prior to the end of your reservation, no refund will be given. That time frame is held exclusively for you and the probability of a drive-in replacement is unlikely. |
